• About Excel College Licensure and Regulatory Compliance:Excel College will apply for licensing from the Minnesota Office of Higher Education and The Louisiana Board of Regents in the future. It is noteworthy to mention that our sister school, Excel High School is accredited by the National Private School Accreditation Alliance.
